You get to work with your own coach, one-on-one. Together, we can focus on establishing a better work-life balance, enhancing your leadership effectiveness, decode derailing workplace politics and help you achieve your career goals.

In these programs you can expect:

  • To complete a formal career and/or leadership assessment and receive a comprehensive report and debriefing

  • Meet with your coach once a month for an hour or every other week for 30 minutes remotely

  • Be given resources and exercises to enhance your leadership in between coaching sessions, tailored to your priorities

  • 3 month program - $1200 + HST

  • 6 month program - $2280 + HST

  • 12 month program - $4320 + HST

1:1 Coaching with Lisa Taylor

  • 3 month program - $2250 +HST

  • 6 month program - $4500 +HST

  • 12 month program - $9000 +HST
